In my experience, I have learned that most executives are at the executive level because they have the necessary talent (DOING side). But, I have also learned (through research and practice) that if leaders struggle, it is usually because they have a limitation in their BEING side.

This coaching program is designed to help executives elevate on their BEING side and lead from a more elevated level so that they can be truly exceptional leaders.

Price: $3,997 per executive (program will be capped at 10 participants)
January
  • Two 3-hour foundation-laying workshops (Vertical Development and Success Mindsets frameworks)
  • Collection of 360-degree data from their supervisor, colleagues, and/or subordinates
February
  • Feedback Coaching Call to deliver the results of the 360-degree feedback (60 minutes)
  • Vertical Development Exercise & crafting of a Personal Vertical Development Plan (2 hours)
March
  • Accountability Coaching Call – to ensure progress on their Personal Vertical Development Plan + make necessary adjustments                  (60 minutes)
  • Accountability Coaching Call – to ensure progress on their Personal Vertical Development Plan + make necessary adjustments (60 minutes)
April
  • Accountability Coaching Call – to ensure progress on their Personal Vertical Development Plan + make necessary adjustments                  (60 minutes)
