There is nobody that I follow on social media that adds more value to my life than Adam Grant.

I often describe Adam Grant of the Mozart of Organizational Behavior. He had more A-level academic publications at 30 than most prolific researchers have in their entire career. He is also the youngest person to ever be granted Tenure at Wharton. And, he has written several best-selling books:

The primary reason why Adam Grant adds value to my life is because his social media posts encourage my vertical development. More specifically, they push me to make meaning of my world in more cognitively and emotionally sophisticated ways.

Let me show you some examples.

Adam Grant

What Grant does so brilliantly is he takes an idea like “asking for help” and he helps us make meaning of it in a healthier, more cognitively and emotionally sophisticated way.
